Prem describes itself as 'frontier sovereign AI': frontier models on encrypted GPUs and sovereign agents, with locally running models and confidential compute.

Prem AI lists addresses in Lugano (Crocicchio Cortogna 6), in Wilmington, Delaware, and in Putignano near Bari, Italy, and says its products are designed and powered in Switzerland [premai.io]. Its products are Enclave, an API for encrypted inference; Fluso, a private AI workspace; and Prem Studio, for customising models on private data.
