  • Bank Frick (Liechtenstein) — The official FAQ says: «Bank Frick does not lend against cryptocurrencies.» Its branch in the Dubai International Financial Centre, regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), can arrange credit, but that is not a public retail Bitcoin loan from the Liechtenstein head office. source
  • Russian banks — No public offers of Bitcoin-backed loans from Russian banks found when we checked on 28 Sep 2026. For global products, see the lenders above.
  • Anchorage Digital Bank — A US federal crypto bank, publicly known as a custodian. Not listed until a page from the bank itself confirms such a loan. source
